July 3, 2023 on Shamsha Kaldayakova Alley held a traditional annual festive event of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy – “Presentation of diplomas-2023.
It was attended by: First Deputy Akim of Shymkent Asylov Kuanysh Zhumabekovich, the founder of JSC “SKMA” Seytzhanov Serikzhan Seytzhanovich, rectors of universities, chief physicians of medical institutions and medical clinics Turkestan region, head of the Health Department of Shymkent, the first heads of clinical bases of the Academy, representatives of the city education department, heads of pharmaceutical companies and TV and radio channels.
More than 1,000 graduates of the medical academy received their degrees, including 47 graduates with red degrees, 34 master’s degrees, 175 interns, 192 graduates in general medicine, 77 in dentistry, 11 in pediatrics, six in public health, 29 in nursing, and 97 in pharmacy. 117 pharmacy in production technology, 62 graduates graduated from the Medical College of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy. The university had 136 international students from India. Graduates of the doctoral program were also graduates. Guests were given the opportunity to present diplomas to graduates and to wish them good luck. Many of the invited guests were graduates of the academy.
As noted the first deputy mayor of Shymkent Asylov Kuanysh Zhumabekovich and the Founder of JSC “SKMA” Serikzhan Seytzhanov, handing a symbolic “Diploma” that this is a ticket to a great life, filled with new knowledge and improvement of professional skills. That everyone will need to learn always, if not every day, the only way to become a highly skilled and in-demand specialist. That the construction of a new university clinic, which was launched in October 2022, only raises the bar for the training of future specialists within the walls of the university and the educational process in Kazakhstan. And that a great and responsible work is already in progress for the opening of the clinic, and first of all, the residents of the third megalopolis and Turkestan region, as well as the southern regions of the republic, will have access to advanced technologies in medicine and health care, which have no analogues in Central Asia. Medical tourism in Shymkent will develop and expand.
The evening continued with a concert program with the participation of famous performers of the republican stage. The bright star Sadraddin, who is popular among young people, was invited specially for this evening.
