A unique WR technology based on gas-dynamic effects will be used in production, is South Oil Company’s know-how, implemented in Kazakhstan for the first time. This technology allows the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials – oil, gas condensate, oil sludge, coal, peat. Thus, ordinary coal can be processed here into six products – naphthalene, benzene, ethanol, xylene, diesel fuel, fuel oil.
The project start-up will reduce the shortage of fuels and lubricants and will have an impact on price regulation.
The products of the coal chemical plant are highly sought both in the domestic market and in neighboring countries.
The construction, in which more than 450 people were involved, has already been completed, and commissioning is underway. The commissioning is scheduled for the first half of 2023. It will employ 100 people, amount of planned tax deductions for 10 years — 13 bln KZT.
