One of the largest construction companies in the Turkistan region was founded almost concurrently with the formation of “SOUTH-OIL” LLP because the new company was necessary for construction projects. The company has constructed numerous iconic facilities for Turkistan and other areas during this time, including a cement plant in the Dostyk village of Sairam district and a training block of primary and senior classes with sports and assembly halls in Stary Shilik village of Shilik rural district of Otyrar district. <\/span><\/p>\n

The company built a slag line and a railway dead end as part of the expansion of the cement plant. The largest cement manufacturing facility in the nation, Standard Cement LLP, is one of the clients of Munay Kurylys Service. At Kenlyk Field in the Kyzylorda region, \u00abSOUTH-OIL\u00bb LLP constructed a rotation village.<\/span><\/p>\n

Munay Kurylys Service constructed the five-star hotels Rixos Khadisha Shymkent and Rixos Turkistan, a 250-student Innovation and Technology College in Shymkent, a wellness center in the Ak-Mosque village of the Tolebi district, and a sports and wellness center (boarding house for 100 people) in the Kamystybas village of the Aral district of the Kyzylorda region.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company’s portfolio consists of the renovation of a non-residential structure for the placement of a hotel complex on Toraigyrov Street in Kyzyl-Orda, the repair and improvement of the “Pathmark” hotel complex, the reconstruction of a kindergarten on Tashenov Street in Shymkent, a training block for primary and senior classes with sports and assembly halls of a school in Tasken Village in Sairam District of Turkistan Region.<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with roads of regional importance, industrial buildings, and commercial real estate, the company also constructs iconic social landmarks like the academician S. Suleimenov monument at an intersection in Shymkent and the house-museum in Zhana Shilik village in Otrar district of Turkistan region.<\/span><\/p>\n

The production base is located on 4.36 hectares of land and is equipped with everything needed: warehouses and a control room, a gas station and a car wash, a carpentry workshop for wood processing, and a welding workshop for the production of complex metal structures.<\/span><\/p>\n

It manufactures and installs metal structures of any complexity. The repair and maintenance of rolling stock is independent – there is a workshop for repairing fuel equipment, motors, aggregate, turning, welding shops, vulcanization, and repair shops.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the balance sheet of the company \u00abMunay Kurylys Service\u00bb, there are approximately 200 units of motor vehicles and special road construction equipment, specialized technical means of small mechanization produced in Russia, Japan, the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and other countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is its own production of building materials, so, for example, for manufacture of concrete there are three concrete-dissolving units with a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters of concrete per hour.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2023, the company is completing the construction of another landmark object of Shymkent \u2013 a mosque for 12,000 prayer places with underground parking in \u00abNursat\u00bb microdistrict. In the mosque complex there are places for Muslim rituals and a congress hall, a wedding palace and an Islamic educational center, a madrasah and a library, a fitness center, a dining room and a parking lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

The staff of \u00abMunaiKurylys Service\u00bb has about 2000 highly qualified employees.
